Meet Eric
I help adults (18+) create meaningful and lasting change in their lives. People often start counselling therapy because they feel stuck due to issues and challenges they’re facing. I work with people of all genders and affectional/sexual orientations experiencing effects of anxiety, depression, stress, grief and loss, worry/fear, relationship challenges, or substance use. I offer focused support for 2SLGBTQ+ community members in an affirming, safe, and inclusive space.
Life can feel overwhelming. I’ve been there and understand. Together, we’ll work on exploring your strengths, skills, and knowledge that can help you create change that’s important to you. We’ll use narrative therapy as a foundation for our work and draw on solution-focused therapy, cognitive-behavioural therapy, and music therapy to help you enjoy greater self-awareness, self-empowerment, and well-being.
I’m a skilled and creative counselling therapist who’s been helping people create change since 2012. I have a Master of Education in Counselling (M.Ed.). I’m a Registered Counselling Therapist (RCT), Canadian Certified Counsellor (CCC), and Certified Music Therapist (MTA).
